The business was started in 1998 initially specialising in non-toxic insect control products – all flying and crawling insects but with special emphasis on mosquito and fly control.

Introducing the products to major South African Mining Conglomerate was the start of flourishing trade of the products into Africa as this Mining Conglomerate used the products extensively for to protect their staff against the scourge of Malaria and word spread fast thereafter. The majority of our business into Africa came by word of mouth.

Whilst attending to the ongoing business of freighting our products into Africa and talking to all the people involved over a period of time it became very apparent that there was a need for good reliable service providers to service the many companies who needed to source and procure products, materials and equipment on an on going basis.

It was then that the company changed focus and started to offer a full service into Africa. We then became a “one stop shop” for any company that wished to acquire our services.

Phoenix Business Services offer a fully comprehensive service from locating the product (even an item as small as a 240v fuse for a Prado in Angola) to freighting anywhere into Africa – by land sea or air – whatever your requirement and at very competitive prices.

Presently Phoenix Business Services has a very good service record into Angola having established a relationship with a major Building Contractor in the region.
